April 6th 2012 - Thinking about training for your next mud run? That’s probably a good idea. Mud runs are fun, but they are also designed to test your endurance, and push your body to its limits. Some of these courses are designed with help from the United States Seals, British Armed Forces, Fire Fighters and so on. If you don’t properly prepare you may find yourself in the middle of the woods, covered in mud gasping for air. We recommend you train on a regular basis, and watch your diet. Here is how we do it.
